Can I cancel an international order if the shipping and handling is out of my
price range. It is not shown with a purchase.
Check your seller's Terms page. What information did they offer about the
price of shipping? If they clearly represented costs there (you agreed to the
purchase at checkout) then the seller is not obligated to cancel your order.
You can still make a polite request to the seller to cancel. Some sellers will
and some won't. Many sellers here are wary of cancelling an order because
then a buyer may leave them unwarranted negative feedback. It's a bit of
a problem we've had here for too long.
