| I find that we are missing:
"Buyer finds shipping to expensive"
As a option why buyer wants to cancel order
I have just had this twice, where one expected entire Europe to me only 10 EUR
for 2 kg

| Very good suggestions, as I had more than 50 cancellation due to this.
As people weren't controlling the suggested shipping prices.
Or use the quote directly to avoid all the hussel.
At the end this was one of the many issues to close my store.

I should add here, that I have customers, who are surprised that how much is
costs to send 2 kg within Europe, some expect 5-10 EUR. In the area of Europe
where I live, I wonder where there are such prices for internationally shipping.
I know shipping prices in Denmark are also high, at PostNord is probably one
of the most expensive mail services in Europe.

If you are getting multiple customers having this misunderstanding then why not
put the costs under the shipping section in your terms instead of on the splash
page?

I actually had. Just to realise that people do not read it. They only get the
surprise later

Do you show estimated shipping at checkout? That would probably clear up a lot
of issues.

Postage prices aren't in your terms. The terms say to look at the splash
page instead. The terms are shown at checkout, whereas the splash page is not.
So a buyer has to leave the checkout process to see your shipping table. Whereas
if it was in the shipping section of the terms, there is a bigger chance they
would see the table.
