The absolute only difference is the inside. I can't think of any functional

Medium Nougat 78124 doesn't have that ridge.
White is 4536, Bright Pink and Medium Nougat are 78124

Medium Nougat 78124 doesn't have that ridge.
White is 4536, Bright Pink and Medium Nougat are 78124
They all have the friction ridge. It is the raised rectangle on the outer surface
of the side of the drawer.
