| Why is it that we can open an NPB in 5 days but we have to wait 7 full days
to close it with no resolution ? It doesn't seem fair that our inventory
is tied up for those 7 days while we wait for payment from a buyer - I could
be selling it to someone else.
My suggestion is to change the closure time to 5 days. 7 days only punishes the
seller.

| You used to have to wait 7 days to open an NPB,then BL changed it to 5 days and
left the 7 day close intact. I think they are both too long, should be 3 days
each. If the buyer needs more time they can make arrangements beforehand or contact
the seller.

Most the time the buyer does not communicate at all in those 12 days.

and when a non paying buyer reply's but still does not pay...another 10 days
waiting
so they can hold your stuff hostage for 21 days
this could/should be shorter
