Hi guys,

I'm an extensive personal user of BrickLink to prepare and buy all bricks
for different projects (1 project = 1 wanted list).
Ordering in BrickLink is great. However, when I receive my order, it is currently
super painful to reconcile the order with my wanted lists, i.e. increment the
"Have" part of each item in a wanted list according to all or part of
number of bricks of this item received from my order.

As BrickLink has all the data needed in the order and in the wanted list, could
you develop a user-friendly reconcilation feature ?

I have written some specification proposals here (see directly on page 8 the
GUI I'm suggesting - also in screenshot below in this post): https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YYR_mlCH0xA4bz8Qxkit_CMXWomvR50RIfNHau0AMm8/edit?usp=sharing

Such a feature would save hours of painful clicks and navigation to the user.

Let me know the feasibility to implement such a feature

Thanks in advance,
Jonathan.

Hello Jonathan,

Have you tried using the Apply Order feature?

It adds to the Have qty of the wanted list the items in the order.

Wish I knew of this. I asked about this oh about 10 years ago, the only way
was to manually edit want list back then.
