| It seems to me that this function/information disappears when an item is sold.
This is not good, as I have painstakingly used this field to locate where sets
(and larger parts) are stored. Living in a small property I have to squirrel
away all my sets in various locations round the house and I am sure there are
other sellers who do this. It is impossible to remember where everything is
put and at the moment I have a notebook for reference. But if the ‘My Remarks’
was carried through to the list of items sold, for the sellers information only,
my notebook could be dispensed with! How about it?

As a quick fix, use the RETAIN LOTS function for (all) your listings. Then,
after an item sells out, the lot goes to StockRoom as zero quantity, but the
last sales date, pricing, and remarks are preserved.
The Retain Lots function may also be useful when you have additional stock of
items that are not listed. It is then quite easy to refill the lot, move it
out of stockroom, and have the listing restored in your shop. Note that refilling
old lots does NOT generate new wanted notifications if they have been sent out
previously.

They do. Just make sure you enable remarks as visible as zorbanj pointed out.
