| Hello,
I'm a new user and I want to do my first order but I have a problem. As you
see on attached screenshot I see only this and I can't jump to point 2. These
colorfulls squars rotating all time.
I tried order on: PC/ Smartphone, Chrome/ Firefox. Of course all ad-blocks are
disabled.
I tried to order from other sellers too.
Please help me.

Maybe that shop cannot receive orders from Poland?
Try another store? Maybe try mine, without ordering. I just completed an order
from Poland, so it should work fine.
Or try a store in Poland. Again not to put in a real order, but to check if you
can get beyond the point from your screenshot?

Where are located the sellers you tried?

| One of my user from Chile was unable to place an order on my store. He was like
in a loop and when choosing the shipping method, he was redirected to the shopping
cart, and again, and again...
I had the same problem on another store when I was trying to place an order for
myself.
After a while, I nailed it.
But the Chile user has not succeed. I don't know why, every settings are
well.

This, plus:
* Did you accept all cookies or close? If you're unsure, remove all BrickLink
cookies, refresh page and accept.
* As said, is your postal address fully registered?

* Apart ad blockers, disable NoScript, Ghostery or such add-ons for this site.
Did you try with another Browser (it takes 2 minutes to install another fresh
browser with no add-on)?
