There's a few printed parts that don't show up on Bricklink yet, and
so I can't seem to add them to the inventory.
Do I need to add them to the catalogue, and if so, how do I go about doing that?

Yes, new parts need to be added to the catalog.
It's a bit complicated the first time through. The best advice I can give
you is to find a very similar item and use it as a template for your new item.

Looks good! But I don't see an image also pending for it. You will need to
upload again.
There is no need really to wait on the others. The catalog admins can help fix
any issues there might be, so you don't need to worry about getting it all
the first try.
