I have a question. Previously, when a buyer placed an order, we sent an invoice
for shipping. Now the buyer does it without our participation. How does it
work I can not understand?

It looks like you turned on Instant Checkout.

On your shipping methods page:

https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/shipping.page

are there any lightning bolts in the right hand column? If so, go thru your shipping
methods and make sure none of them have the Automated button checked.
