| My sister has a valuable set that she wants me to sell for her. Because of its
value she only wants to sell it to a USA buyer so she can insure it and track
its delivery. Is it allowed to state that in the remarks.

I'm guessing you'd have to disable your international shipping options
until that set sold, just to guarantee it couldn't be ordered by an international
buyer.

Yes, but buyers don't always read remarks.
My advice is to create a separate shipping method with the USA as its only destination
and put a maximum order value restriction on your international shipping methods
to prevent buyers from outside of the USA from buying the set in the first place.
You could also have your sister open her own separate store, or disable your
international shipping methods until the set sells.

| Wow! I hadn't thought about those options. It is a sealed Mill Village
Raid set #7189. It has in it those rare little billy goats that are worth $250
to $300 a piece. I will put it up for sale today. Thank you for the advice.

| By the way, I also have a used one for sale that was only put together once.
I talked my sister into buying the same set and she never opened hers.

| So how do I put a max order value on international shipping to prevent non-USA
buyers from purchasing expensive set?

See the shipping method, at the bottom somewhere there's min and max value
fields...

Go to your shipping settings: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/shipping.page
Click on your existing shipping method (Request for Invoice), scroll down to
the Restrictions and Adjustments section and enter an amount in the max buy field.
Then, create a new shipping method with the USA as the only destination country.
Hope that helps.
