scan causes the site to be up, then down, then up again.

If this is how BL management, admins, and moderators are going to interpret 16.1
of the TOS, then the forum is in trouble as this will have a chilling effect
and do exactly what the section claims to not want to do "We don't want to
discourage banter or healthy debate."
If Bricklink, the admins, and moderators can not see that the community feel
there is a problem with communication from Bricklink, then there may be no saving
BL.
I do not feel like anything Robert said was hostile or insulting at all. If
I was hired as community engagement and had done very little community engagement
here in the forum, I would not be offended if any of you asked if I was real.
Therefore, I feel it is perfectly reasonable to ask if she is real or a pseudonym
for another overworked employee since there has been very little community
engagement from her here in the forum. (As of this post, 34 posts on 14 different
subject in the forum or about 3 a month, and just over 1 subject a month!)
BTW, what happened with the marketplace panels that were going to meet annually,
but that has not happened as far as I know, last meeting was May 2021! Yet another
fizzled idea.
