Hi, can anyone give me some clues about setting up a second store from the same
address? It would be a family member. Is there a problem?

They would have their own identity of course.

Like the Noname you've got?

I would first ask administration to be sure, as with the same postal address
it may be a problem (one or both being closed...)

That actually IS funny. No, they would be FluffyBunny9 or something with their
own store called, um, BunnyBricks.

Where do the problems with the same postal address come from?

This one:

And more generally the fact that 1 account is permitted, especially for selling.
I don't know more, but I would ask before, not to endanger the current
one you've

A very good point. But it does say "you" can have 1 account, and this would
not be "me" but my family member. But don't worry, I am motivated to talk
to administration. Thank you

I wonder how this is policed. Email address? Ip?

Worst case you could use a different device and open your equivalent of a post
office box I'd imagine.

If you're at the same address, why not just sell their stuff for them?

As someone who does a decent amount of that I can tell you it gets complicated
for anything more than a couple every here or there

Just don't share inventory listings between the stores.

And probably also don't buy from each other and leave feedback at bricklink.
That is likely to start flagging concerns.

It is okay to have two accounts associated with the same address, as long as
they belong to separate individuals.

This is a risky assertion especially for the existing shop...
