Does anyone know what this piece is suppose to represent? I'm just curious,
as it looks like it may be part of a vendor cart in the set.

I think it represents gifts that are given during certain festivals.

It's steamed yam (sweet potato).

Yes, pgremeau got it.

Will it keep the rock name? Presumably the sweet potato is only for this particular
colour. The same thing is a lump of clay in the Friends Art School set, so it
is likely to get multiple uses depending on the colour.

Perhaps it should be called:

1 1/3 x 1 1/3 x 1 Rock / Steamed Yam / Sweet Potato / Lump of Clay

Kind of reminds me of the popsicle/ice lolly debate way back when:

I remember that one but I didn't realise so many names got added after that
debate.

What else could this rock one be used for, maybe an unsplit geode and a dragon
egg.

/ Unsplit Geode / Dragon Egg

Any other ideas???

If we go there, then I propose home made pampushky (пампушки) / pounchki (pączki).

(Yeah, always ‘home made’: the ones in pictures on the internet don’t look like
the ones I ate.)

A home-made brioche?  (One that ‘grew’ every which way.)

Could be! And it wouldn't even be the first dual use food / poo piece.

Actually, not me, it came from Jang's review
