The two stacking tower parts were included in 5433 and 3237. Dacta sets tend to combine other sets of the same theme released around the same time.
The plane matches other confirmed Medium Blue parts in this set. The 'LEGO' print is visible on one wing of the plane. This printed variant of the plane is only available in Medium Blue. It is also distinguishable from 31639c02pb02 by looking at the eye print.
Some parts in this set might be Bright Green, but I do not know for sure.
