I bought 50 of these at $14.44 each US dollar. Lando Calrissian, Old (Cape with
Collar) Why are they showing in the price guide sold at $17.66. It was not Euro.
All the figs that I bought in that order have the wrong sold price. I know what
I paid and the guide seems wrong.

A 22.3% difference… looks like VAT (and some, or minus some).

You said “not Euro,” but still from EU, no?

If seller is VAT-registered, their prices show VAT in the PG, whether the VAT
was collected or not (and it’s not collected for non-EU buyers).

(Works for UK too.)

Yeah, seems bogus inserting the projected base price which includes VAT for the
EU store, and not the actual sold price as is presented.

I agree it should be what the buyer paid no matter all the other stuff. If they
were $17.66 I would not of bought them so now it appears I paid that even though
I did not. It may lead others to think they are selling for more.

Hi George
When I look at the price guide it shows 50 sold @ €14.12
maybe it shows the higher price for buyers outside the EU ?

Possibly, but then...

What is the value of the feature to members that directly affect the data input,
if they are subsequently offered bogus numbers to work with? I think is the more
salient point.

It's an interesting revelation, for me in any case.

But what when someone else has 50 to sell and thinks they sold for an inflated
price and it just drives the price up for no other reason than a glitch in the
system.

That too, as well as other considerations.

That would be a refreshing change.

I think this is a good read of the problem:

It is a tough problem, I suggested adding an indicator to PG sold items when
it was with/without VAT.

Seems they turned back the change I started that discussion for.

But your seems a strange case, as since that post it was not reverted back, just
checked a couple of recent orders:
