Only thing I can think of is that you had 2 lots in your store at different prices
without realizing it and he bought all of the parts in the cheaper lot (possibly
leaving no evidence that it was in a separate lot depending on how you 'remark'
things).

One intriguing question - how a buyer could lower the prices of the bricks in
a checkout (no coupons, no tier prices) vs the ones we still have on offer? Is
this some kind of system error?

I mean, buyer bought 1x2 DBG bricks, eg. 70 pieces for price 0,15 USD each, whereas
the other bricks that still left in my store costs 0,20 USD each (no price change
in the meantime, nada). How is that possible then?

any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Well, I doubt it, because I always consolidate all bricks and their prices during
part out.

I have looked at different items in my store and I don't have duplicated
items with different prices ... hmmm

Was it just normal 1x2 bricks? They're showing up as around $0.08 for me
in your store. Did you have tiered pricing?

1x2 DBG normal brick, above price doesn't matter (just for illustrative goal)
, just the case makes me wonder what happened...

You can check if the Lot ID is the same, hover with the mouse on the image of
the item inside the order and it shows the lot id.

Was the buyer outside the EU?
No VAT for those buyers.

It probably is be VAT related. Once you activate a VAT in your store this is
how pricing goes:

Base store prices include 23% VAT. Prices shown to buyers located inside the
European Union include VAT, outside the European Union excluding VAT depending
on the buyer's country.

YES, the thing is that a buyer is from non-EU country and it's a VAT-related
topic. Thank you guys for all hints and final resolution of doubts!
