This is just speculation but it looks a bit cartoonish for a Lego sticker

| I agree. I couldn't find it and the more I looked at it, it doens;t look
like it's Lego at all. Thank you everyone.

| I spent some time looking though google. This is the closest I could find.

Even still the sticker is not very similar.

| A sticker piece but seesms like the sticker is not in the best of conditions

| My 2 cents (if that's a light gray slope), then it's not a lego sticker.
In my experience stickers from light gray era would never peel in this specific
way. (+ it's not in the catalog).
