No. You can have them contact you with their BL user name and then issue them
a coupon, this is the only way I have found.

| Let the viewers put a code in the comment with the order they are making. Put
the credit in the order manual.

Ask them to put the code in the comments and submit the order manually (that
is, w/o Instant Checkout). Then you can apply the credit and send the invoice.

You're right, it's a pity we can't charge an Additional Fee for Tik
Tok users
