Buying Privileges - Revoked
To whom it may concern,

I don’t know what brick links problem is but I had an issue back in January of
this year with a chargeback because I had authorization to use a family members
card for payment through PayPal. Unfortunately it was flagged as fraudulent activity
which is when the chargeback happened. To resolve the issue the merchandise I
purchased was returned to the seller along with a money order to cover PayPal
fees that I was told were incurred by the seller but never saw a receipt for
that. I did everything I was supposed to do with returning the merchandise and
sent the money order for $10 more than the amount that was owed for PayPal fees.
This information was sent to Brick Link showing the receipt for UPS that the
package was sent back along with the money order. No one ever got back to me
for almost 3 months until recently which was two days ago I activated a new account
and surprise surprise within the second day of that account being opened my buyer
privileges are revoked on that one as well. The problem I’m having is I have
the information to prove there was no fraud involved from PayPal and the bank
but yet brick links wonderful software doesn’t support the files I need to send
to them and of course there’s no phone number to speak to a human being, no address
at least that I could find to just mail this to them and I never get a response
anytime I try and reach out to these people so if anyone can steer me in the
right direction it would be greatly appreciated on what I need to do to resolve
this because I never had one complaint as a buyer 377 positive reviews and all
because one cellar she couldn’t get her way when I didn’t respond to her emails
in a timely fashion because maybe she doesn’t work but I do and don’t have time
to sit in front of my phone or computer all day and answer emails or stare at
Brick Link the entire day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Our only customer service is available through the Help Center portal. If you
submitted a ticket and received a number in reply, then that is all you can do
at this point. Monitor your ticket and keep an eye on your spam folder to see
if there is any response. Help desk tickets do take a while depending on the
issue. Waiting a week would not be inappropriate.

Good luck and I hope you get your issue worked out!

What do you mean by 377 reviews? You have one as a buyer. Do you mean you have
opened another new account as the other one has been banned for fraud?

I know it was a huge wall of text, but the OP did state he did that.

Yes, you are right. He did mention opening a new account after the first one
getting banned. And the second one was then banned.

Which to me shows BL is working correctly in this case, that a user cannot just
start up new accounts each time they get banned, at least if someone spots it
and reports them or they do more in-depth analysis of names, addresses and IP
addresses.
