* Add 1 Part 4073c01 Trans-Green Plate, Round 1 x 1, 2 on Sprue (Counterpart)

Hi,
At the time this set was released, these plates indeed came on a sprue.
So it's not a counterpart, but a regular part.
I will accept your request and make the changes.

Thanks Diana! It's been awhile since I last submitted an inventory change
request, so I'm not up to date on best practices. I'll keep in mind
