In addition to owning this figure and it not matching up to Light Yellow parts, this part was created years after Light Yellow had been retired and would absolutely not have been released in 2008 in a color retired at the end of 2003. This is likely a result of the way the plastic makes the color look. It is 100% Bright Light Yellow.
