| Do I understand it corrctly that there are only three types recognized by the
cat now?
The first one only came in red, white and light grey according to the cat
However I have several yellow spacefigs that have this type of helmet and not
the one with a thick chin strap (about a quarter of my collection)
That does not match the cat?
Cheers,
Ole

| And I got blue and black spacefigs with the first type of helmet as well ...
I now see the figs are listed with an "undertermined type", I get that, but what
happens when those parts are deleted from the cat?
And why are the first type of helmet not listed in yellow, blue and black as
well?

Those parts can't be deleted from BL until they are not in any inventory.

So that means that if the inventories are corrected from the undetermined to
the correct one, those colors would appear in the appropriate items.

Definitely has to do with the fact that minifigs can't have alternate parts
(therefore sets can't have alternate minifigure parts). I have a few yellow
minifigures with thin chinstrap helmets (and old-style torsos without prongs).
No black or blue ones like that though - I don't doubt they exist, I've
just never seen one.

Alternate minifig parts can be added as alternates in the Set inventory that
the minifig comes from.
