I have three 7931 sets. All are new and factory sealed. However, each set has
a different weight: 743 grams, 821 grams ,and 839 grams. Can someone provide
the weights of their sets for comparison. Thank you!!

With that much of a difference (and the BL weight being listed as 912g) I am
going to suspect either your scale or your factory-sealed seals.

Aside from the standard difference between North American and European weights
due to differences in paper and cardboard, the weights of LEGO sets are remarkably
consistent.
