Hi,

I got the set 6041 and the flag has a sticker on both sides.

Was there a sticker version or is this a replica?

The third picture when you go to the part details here on bricklink looks like
a sticker version, and some other pictures as well, but I cannot find anything
written about this.

I have never heard about a stickered flag in this set, so I think your sticker
is not original. You can find custom sticker sheets for the set on Ebay. And
since the original flag in good condition is quite valuable, I would not be surprised
if someone just replaced a broken original flag with a stickered one.

It's been some time since I had this set, but I don't think there were
stickers on it either. The lion knights back then all had printed decorations,
as far as I remember.

Yep, no lion/crusader/falcon sticker, all prints.
