Every so often when searching for Technic Liftarm parts, I come across the ID-less
part "liftarm02".

It appears it was never put into production, and none have gone up for sale anytime
recently. This is exactly the same situation as with part bb0973, which has at
long last been marked for deletion -- but which is far more recently added
to the database.

I would therefore like to suggest that liftarm02 be put in the queue for deletion
as well, unless there's some important information about its provenance that
I'm missing.
