After many hours of research and of course building, I am glad to present to
you my new Lego Ideas project, the "Vikings House"!!
As a big fan of Lego Vikings theme, I decided to dedicate my time and effort
on this theme in order to revive it! It has been many years since the last official
Vikings set.

My niece and nephew (brother’s kids) are a part of the Storholmen Viking Village
in Norrtälje, Sweden. They all have homes very near the project and my brother
in Norrtälje. That is to say, they’ve been fully immersed in it for sometime:

Just keeping you updated on a promise.
From my nephew's email back "That looks very cool! I might order one just
to build it myself" I replied with an explanation of the whole LEGO process,
like I said none of them are AFOLs. But my nephew is one of those that help run
the Viking project, in contact with the community involved. Maybe we can
get that wildfire going, after all

Hahaha!! These are some wonderful news !! I am really glad to hear such a positive
feedback from a real Viking! As mentioned, I am not Norwegian but I am a big
fan of the Vikings and thus my time and effort to come up with this creation.
Btw, the timing for more support could not be better! I am struggling lately
to keep the number of the supporters up but when Lego fans around the world see
the project, the feedback is always positive! So yes, let's push more and
try to bring it into life!!

thanks for your feedback. There are minifigs (6) and already presented on my
first update (you can check in the ideas website). This set has a lot small details
including a fully-equipped interior with smaller creations, tiles with my own
viking-themed decals, animals and fish on the outside, wood storage at the back!
The roof is also following a dragon-pattern and the house itself is half a long-ship.
I don't find it outdated but thanks for your comment.
