Based on information from the official inventory. Some parts in GiTD Trans are more opaque than others but said parts definitely glow greener than GiTD Opaque.

To be clear:
TLG 50 Phosphorescent White = BL 46 GiTD Opaque
TLG 294 Phosphorescent Green = BL 118 GiTD Trans
