I have a question and what advice would yall give.

I ordered quite of bit of parts from a seller over Thanksgiving who was offering
free shipping. While shipping was slow, I received the order with several pieces
missing. Ok, I get that it happens. I emailed seller about the missing pieces.
She said they would have in the mail about a day or two. Ok, no problem. It
has been almost two weeks. I have emailed the seller many times. I have got
a few replies. The seller sent me a tracking number on the 14th. I have checked
the tracking and it still says USPS is waiting on the item. Seller told me they
put it in the mail a few days ago. Still says post office has not received it.
When I messaged seller about it and asked what is going on. I am now not getting
any replies. I have never had this happen.

I have had a couple packages that I sent never show an 'acceptance' scan
and only pop up in the system once they are at the destination city or delivered.
Last Christmas was worse and several packages took almost a month to be delivered
but this year seems to be better (at least for me). However, packages are taking
a few extra days to be delivered this year.

I understand about shipping and it could take longer but seller has told me several
times she is putting it in the mail and doesn’t. Now she just won’t answer my
emails.

I'd give it a few more days (but I am also an extremely patient person).
My last five packages I've received have done the exact same thing that
azbrickz mentioned.

I would wait until after the holidays and if nothing is received by January 2,
2022, I would message the seller and ask for the tracking number, say you are
concerned about a lost package. If nothing materializes then, I would open a
case on Paypal for non-receipt of items or whatever it is called. That will definitely
get their attention and either the parts will ship or not. In the long run, Paypal
generally sides with the buyer so you would get a full refund.

Why should paypal give a full refund if is only missing a few parts? Surely it
will be a partial refund, and if he wants a full refund, he needs to send back
what he received. Can't have your cake and eat it.

Postage is mental this time of year and add covid-19 to that, so just be patience.

Having said that, I hope its going to work out fine for everyone involved.
