I tried adding an image for a part in an unusual color, and the request is no
longer pending, but I don't see the image showing up, so I assume the request
was rejected. Is there anywhere I can see this, and hopefully with some rejection
reason? I kind of want to re-submit it, but don't know what I'd need
to do differently this time
Try the Logs section, although I’m not sure if it records logs for images.

If you go to "My BL" then "My Activity", you can scroll down and see a history
of all your activity. Towards the bottom is the inventory requests.
