I am always amazed at the large number of minifigures Lego has or had released.
There is Penny from The Big Bang Theory (wish I knew her last name),Nesquick
Bunny, lots and lots of Star Wars, and so many more. But there is holes that
they have complete missed. The ones I would buy are: any Barbie figures, Mr
Clean, Betty Page, Randle McMurphy, Norman Bates, Inspector Clouseau, HAL, V,
any Star Trek, ET, Sarah Connor, Terminator T-800, Katniss Everdeen, Keyser Söze,
Ferris Bueller, The Man With No Name, Forrest Gump, Ron Burgundy, Ellen Ripley,
James Bond, Ariel, Ghostface, and others. Lego should really consider these.

Your video got me to think, Lego needs a variety of cats. They have a good selection
of different dogs, but not really any selection of different cats.

Totally agree. For those out there contemplating marriage, never marry anyone
who does not love cats. Those people are very bad choices.

Funny you should say that, I think unknowingly that was a criteria for me. If
the guy I dated hated my cat, he was out pretty fast. Love me, love my cat.

So, I am not the only one that feels that way. Pretty cat in the picture. Is
this your cat that is dearlydeparted?
I think that it is a shame that when you show someone a picture of your cats
or cat they do not realize all the emotions one feels nor the deep knowledge
of the cat's personality. All the things you know about your dear friend
is unknown to others and often they cannot tell the joy or sadness in your heart
when they are show a picture or even meet the cat. The sheer joy one feels when
the cat asks (more like demands) to get in your lap and then purrs.
Just took this picture of Sammi. She is my oldest and the one that is the most
devoted to me, or I am devoted to.

Seems to me she’s thinking very loudly: “What are you doing taking pictures?
Haven’t you something useful to do?  Like prepping me food!”

  Love me, love my cat.

To love the woman is to love her pussycat. Makes sense to me.

Haven't met one that I've not at least tried to love

Top of my wish list (at least in terms of things that stand any chance of being
made) would be:
The Fantastic Four (with Thing as a Hulk-sized big-fig)
Professor X (along with Cerebro)
Gambit
Foghorn Leghorn
Elmer Fudd
Yosemite Sam
Count von Count
Grover
Kermit the Frog
Miles "Tails" Prowler

Plenty more I wish they would make but none would ever happen (like Maverick
from Top Gun or Jean-Luc Picard or Freddy Mercury or Gunnery Sergent Hartman
from Full Metal Jacket or Bender from Futurama or Albert Einstein from Young
Einstein)

I've heard that the Muppets are coming out in 2022 as a Collectible Minifigures
series.

I think FMJ is too taboo for LEGO. Not the nature of the movie per se, but their
noticeable lack of any military style sets. The closest you'd get is maybe
the Indiana Jones set #7622. Futuristic (or I guess technically ancient) space
warfare sets on the other hand...

Star Trek could be a gold mine now that you mention it if you look at the franchise's
portfolio.

I think a set of American Presidents would be appealing to kids as well as Nobel
Peace Prize Laureates.

Special minifigs would go hand in hand with special edition sets. Think Seinfeld,
Friends, Big Bang Theory, Harry Potter, Star Wars... Sesame Street even.

So to pull the lens back and take a wider view (no pun intended) I think they'd
make a mint doing classic TV show sets like Cheers, Fraiser, MASH, Mad Men, Everybody
Loves Raymond, 30 Rock, West Wing... Saved By the Bell? Full House?

Maybe even non-sitcom shows like Pawn Stars and American Pickers where the sets
could/would be loaded with rare minifig accessories.

Even the thought of a Nanny Ogg minifig is enough to make you smile. I've
always thought the Wee Free Men series would have been a good fit for Lego as
a bridge between early teen builders and AFOLs - lots of scope for small sets
at least. That could have naturally led into a Discworld CMF series, which could
in turn open a door to Ankh-Morpork storyline sets...

Knowing Lego though we'd have ended up with modified minidolls instead of
minifigs.

I know that Lego is now doing 'Super Mario' sets, but I'm not going
to collect the Mario and Luigi figures because they are way too big. If Lego
were to actually make minifigure versions of Mario, Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, Pauline,
Peach, Daisy, and Rosalina, I would say, "I don't care how much you want
for them - just shut up and take my money!"

I have been able to create my own Mario and Luigi minifigures with parts I purchased
from BrickLink, but I can't create Wario, Waluigi, or any of the female characters.
