This extra part was added because it was found in one out of three copies of
this set:
https://www.bricklink.com/messageThread.asp?ID=250644
However, I believe that was a packing mistake because I could not find any additional
evidence for this extra part in 10+ unboxing/building videos on Youtube, and
we currently don't have it listed as an extra in any other set.
