First I want to thank you beacause Bricklink is a marvellous tool for Lego collector.
About the Set 7287-1 Police boat, the radio in the inventory is the 3962b reference
but when you look at the building instruction, page 3, it looks like to the 19220
reference. If you could have a look

Bricklink inventories are based on parts that are included in the set. Instructions
can sometimes show different part variants. I checked my own set and can confirm
that 3962b is the correct part for this set.

This is an error in the instructions, the "back" of the radio is missing. Set
7287 was released in 2011 but 19220 first appeared in 2015.
