Hi Admins,
No idea where to post this....
When you choose Break minifigures from this set then Sebulba (one piece) disappears
from the inventory list. Is this a glitch? thanks

My guess is that since Sebulba can't be inventoried it's simply deleted.

Go right to the bottom of the part out page.

As Christian said, it's because Sebulba does not have an inventory. The "Break
minifigures" option basically removes all minifigures from the list (so also
Sebulba) and adds all parts from their inventories. Sebulba has no inventory,
so nothing can be added for this figure.

We will need to keep this in mind when upgrading our partout feature. Minifigures
with no inventory (for whatever reason) should remain as minifigures in the partout
even when other minifigures are broken.

Just curious, having an inventory with the same part itself would break Bricklink?

Yes they appear on the Part Out screen but not on the Inventory screen with the
option Break Minifigures turned on, which is what OP was referring to.

Oh, that's not good. I didn't know about this bug. As I always break
minifigs, this will likely have happened to me too. So there must be parts in
my storage that are not listed. Is there any way to check? I wouldn't really
know where to start.

I don't think there will be as they should appear in the partout (see my
earlier response). But even if they didn't appear in the partout form, presumably
you wouldn't put them into storage.

I think Russell was talking about an *new* partout system, not about the current
one.

You have nothing to fear. The Part Out feature is working fine. It's just
the Inventory page that has this "glitch".

Aah ok, thanks guys, I went over my part-out log and checked which inventories
changed after I had parted out (which possibly had forced complete minifig entries
because they didn't have an inventory yet), and yeah - looks like it's
all there.

Also, when choosing New Item Only on the Inventory page, it would be cool to
see the New Minifig parts too. (Currently they don't appear.)
