| Hello,
Just want to inform you guys, i have contacted Lego about the actual weight of
the set 76391 Hogwarts™ Icons - Collectors' Edition and i got a reply that
it is : 4.1 kg. ( I am enclosing with this message a copy of LEGO reply )
So i thought to share it with you to update the weighing details of this set
since the weight is still missing

I just parted two of them out. Very very interesting set. Had I known the
weight was missing I would have added it.

Wouldn't this be best from someone that actually has the set and then weighs
the set? The data LEGO CS supplies isn't always accurate. Better to have
no value for the weight than a possibly incorrect one. That way, a seller can
spot the weight is missing and supply it rather than rely on a possibly incorrect
one.

Agreed! While the weight given does fit within the expected range for a set of
this size, it is likely not a very accurate measurement: 4100g.
I could be wrong of course. And, since the same set can weigh different amounts
in different markets, all the weights for our sets and instructions are subjective
anyway.

To add to this: accurate weight of sets is not that much important. If a set
weighs 4100 or 4130 or 4254 is only one factor in the final weight of the packaged
order. Factor 2 is how much weight is added by packing material and the shipping
box.
Even then it's very likely that your package will fall into a broad weight
band from your carrier. They will usually have weight bands for packages that
go from 0-5000 gr, 5000-1000 gr, 10000-20000 grams. Not from 3501-4000, 4001-4500.
Of course I like to have everything as accurate as possible but with set weight's
I think being pragmatic is OK
