I didn't have that question. I guess because I am not a seller. My survey
was only like 2 or 3 questions long.

Same here. I only knew IBAN and I've heard of Klarna. I am guessing there
isn't a region on the planet where BL users felt that that survey was relevant.
I tried to fill it out but I closed it. Apart from the question about Bricklink
doing the payment processing, all I could do is fill out random answers. Adyen,
Braintree... UPS, FedEx... don't know / don't care. And new help topics..?
Don't care. And with the API being slow as it is, I don't think people
will be very interested in paying for a higher limit on API calls

Pretty mindboggling if you think about it, with so many users screaming input
and quarreling over who should be in the feedback panel, and so many problems
and issues to address, one of the rare times that Bricklink actually chooses
to employ its full communication infrastructure to release an official survey,
they somehow manage to come up with the most uninteresting questions you could
imagine

Asking the users which services BL should use for adding payment methods, like...
really? Users care about the payment methods, not about whether you use Stripe
or Adyen or whatever in your code to make it happen...

Because there was not a "non-applicable" option for two of the most important
questions, I could only proceed by making up nonsense ratings for a bunch of
service that I never heard of, and that are not available to me in my geographical
location. I wonder how many other respondents had to do that, and how it will
mess up the averages?

Same here - had to opt out at the ”Rank these payment methods by preference:”
option because I only know about two of them and didn’t want to screw up the
survey for those who could fill it with their real opinions.

Let me put it this way: I wouldn't want somebody I cannot easily call and
discuss issues with to handle my money. That's just a recipe for disaster
for ALL parties involved.

I'm not surprised that payment handling by Bricklink is brought up again
as it was already predicted at the introduction of PayPal Marketplace where it's
an optional feature.😔

I can't help but question:
Instead of thinking about more and more shipping methods to offer, how about
instead fix auto-checkout for use with USPS shipping zones? This would
be so much most useful for most USA based buyers (I'm positive the majority
of USA sales here are shipped via USPS first class mail), and this has been broken
ever since auto-checkout was rolled out three years ago.

Fix that first, then we can talk about adding more shipping options. I know it's
good to look to the future, but it is best to do so from a stable standpoint.

I really, really, really don't understand how this isn't a thing yet,
and would like to request an official explanation of why it isn't. FedEx
is completely unnecessary. We need a functional system for pulling prices from
the USPS API first.

Well, I did the survey, but typically it seemed to have been written and executed
by someone with no actual real understand of how BL works.
First of all, why would you make me rank ALL the payment and shipping methods?
I have never heard of most of them! Without an available response of: No Preference
or Other, you results are skewed because we all just had to fill in whatever
to move on with the survey.

Second, the US shipping question asked if I 'preferred' weight or zone
based shipping. WHAT? The US uses a weight AND zone based shipping system and
my preferences are not applicable!

Third, why are you asking whether I want BL to add more shipping methods? DHL,
Fedex, etc. When did BrickLink start shipping? I ship. I am the seller. I can
already add and use these methods if I choose. What is this question about?

Its nonsensical!

I thought the purpose of a survey was to gather accurate user data yet if the
majority of submitters are forced to guess most of their answers in order to
proceed to the next question (No pass option!) what use can that data be to BL
or anyone else?

I got close to the end of the survey for curiosity reasons but did not submit
due to my answering being largely random guess work which would have been of
no value to Bricklink at all yet it seems others have still submitted and so
BL may as well take any results with a pinch of salt!
