Glows under a blacklight, and verified as Trans-Medium Blue in Lego's parts database. Like trans-medium blue Clikits parts (made in the same factory in China), it doesn't fully match normal trans-light blue parts.

Correct, it's somewhere in between, but was meant to be Trans-Medium Blue.
