| Hi all,
I'm uploading a load of mixed used lego to my inventory. I have nine pairs
of dark blue legs, but I've noticed that two of these nine are a slightly
different shade to the other seven. Are they still dark blue? I can't see
what other colour they could be. Is it usual for pieces to have slight colour
differences? They could be from different years. I can upload pictures if that'd
help.
Thanks for all your help, Stan.

Yes, color variations are very common, especially amongst the darker colors like
Dark Red, Reddish Brown and Dark Blue.
Some have to do with age, some with an internal chemical process or exposure,
some with quality control, some with different material, some with a change in
production process.
