31201 is currently listed in catalog as "Harry Potter." However, it is listed
on lego.com as "Harry Potter™ Hogwarts™ Crests" which is a bit more explanatory.
Thank you.

The sets on BrickLink are named after how they are titled on the set packaging.

On the set packaging for

Original Box No: 31201 Name: Harry Potter
*
31201-1 Harry Potter
Original Boxes: Art: Harry Potter
the set is titled "Harry Potter". That is why it is named "Harry Potter" on BrickLink.

If you compare this set with all of the other mosaic sets, you will see that
they are all named exactly how they are titled on the set boxes.

Original Box No: 31197 Name: Warhol Marilyn Monroe
*
31197-1 Warhol Marilyn Monroe
Original Boxes: Art

Original Box No: 31198 Name: The Beatles
*
31198-1 The Beatles
Original Boxes: Art

Original Box No: 31199 Name: Iron Man
*
31199-1 Iron Man
Original Boxes: Art: Super Heroes

Original Box No: 31200 Name: The Sith
*
31200-1 The Sith
Original Boxes: Art: Star Wars

Original Box No: 31202 Name: Mickey Mouse
*
31202-1 Mickey Mouse
Original Boxes: Art: Disney

Original Box No: 31203 Name: World Map
*
31203-1 World Map
Original Boxes: Art

Therefore, this request will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, the set is also not found if you search for Harry Potter Mosaic.

This is really where the search function needs to be improved as the keywords
are in the title AND (but not or) the category name. A search for Beatles Mosaic
finds the set, but a search for Sith Mosaic or Potter Mosaic or Mickey Mosaic
does not. Presumably this is because they are in sub-categories and so the Mosaic
part of the search fails.

Interesting. Thank you for posting that information. I will pass this along to
the catalog development team to see if something can be done about this.

The team there has been doing quite a bit for us admins lately, and we have a
good working relationship with them now. People may not notice all of the little
things that are happening in the catalog behind the scenes and being fixed, but
things are happening and are being fixed. In fact, they have asked us to report
more catalog bugs as we find them, so I will write this up for them to look into.
