Hello All,

I hope you can point me in the right direction, because I could not find the
answer.

The issue is this:

- The buyer and I agreed that the order could not go through like he placed the
order.
- The size of the items did not fit in the shippingmethod and we expected delivery
issues.
- But the order was already paid through onsite Paypal.
- So I refunded the full order through Paypal.

Now I would like to remove the order from Bricklink. How can I do that?

Use the refund button on the order details page.
It probably updates the payment status to returned.

With the edit order button you can change the payment status to none and the
order status to pending.
Then you can cancel the order with the order cancelation process.
