Just checked with my new sealed copy. The production stamp date on the seal is
4410 (44th week in 1990) so it is a very first production of this set.
I check the length of cord via plastic window.
The only sprue I did not find was the white one.
Can take photos if necessary.

This part from the extra items section will not be an alternate part since it
is part of a sprue (there are currently three trans-dark blue 4073 in the regular
items section).

No I don't but it is very likely. I just trusted the inventory as it was.
Then the requests to add the separate round plates as alternates will not be
approved at this time.
I know it is likely that they were included in later copies but for now we don't
have enough evidence. Maybe they can be added later when we have made more progress
with the set inventories from that time and have more evidence from (other) new
sets.
