| So I bought 200$ worth of lego from bricklink.
I needed a positive review to sell on bricklink.
I got a bad review because the seller said I didn't give the correct address
(when it was correct) and now I can't sell on bricklink??

The seller may have given you the wrong feedback and really meant to give it

In answer to your second question, you can get a positive feedback from someone
else, if this seller is not willing to retract his or her feedback, and a neutral
feedback as a buyer does not prevent you from becoming a seller.
