I got a battery
 
Part No: 19106c01 Name: Electric Battery Box WeDo 2.0 (Rechargeable)
* 		19106c01 Electric Battery Box WeDo 2.0 (Rechargeable)
Parts: Electric, Battery Box {Light Bluish Gray}

I tried to measure any voltage on the three pins, and I got nothing.
Can anyone tell me what to expect and where?

Batteries left unused will collapse and behave like that. So chances are that
it is a dead battery
