I found this in France : a charity set, made with lego (legal lego, as you can
see on the photo of the box bottom), but not edited by lego. It is a charity
set made during the "Vendee globe Challenge" (solo boat race around the world
for those you don't know what it is) because one of the sailor, Samantha
Davies, was involved in a charity association.
The question is : should it be listed on bricklink? And what about the lego bricks,
which are real legos? These bricks should, one day, be found in a bulk ... ??
The original lego version is set 42074

Perhaps Admin_Russell or another community expert can speak more to this, but
I believe that as long as the parts used in the set are genuine LEGO elements
(which they are, as indicated on the bottom of the box), then this set can be
listed on BrickLink as a custom item. It cannot, however, be added to the catalog;
that is only for official LEGO sets (and parts, minifigs, etc).

I don't want to sell it, it will be on my shelf in a few days
The packaging is not lego (it is clearly written).
I have open it : the sticker sheet is not lego (printed by hexisgroup, a french
company)
No information for the sails
== i agree with you, bricks with these stickers should not be listed, according
to the bricklink rules
