Ah yes, that is because all threads in the catalog forum are "suggestions" (just
technically behind the scenes I guess, you cannot vote for them). That is because
suggestion forum topics are not purged and we don't want catalog discussions
to be purged after three years.
I agree it is a bit misleading.
