I noticed that I can only see my own pending relationships, and there is no mention
of them here for what others may have already submited:

It seems relationships are also missing from the logs index:

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogLogs.asp

Although you can sort the current, accepted relationships by date:

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogRelList.asp?showUsers=Y&v=1&pg=1&viewDate=Y

No pending relationships there either.
