i was wondering if there is a setting to prevent buyers with non paying bidders
strikes from placing orders at a store?

Hi,
you can only exclude buyers with negative feedback score from buying, but not
specifically for a NPB.

| You can Stop List members at https://www.bricklink.com/pref_stop.asp
But you can't Stop List every member who has at least one completed NPB with
one click, you need to do it one by one.
