Hi All,

I came across this shop in France. There terms state that they have two shops
- one for new parts and the second for used parts

https://store.bricklink.com/Palais.du.jouet?p=Palais.du.jouet#/terms

You are only meant to have one account but Im not sure if this is allowed ?

Happy to be wrong but I thought it wasnt.

There are a few exceptions with admin approval.
It is definitely not allowed without such approval.

Could be a married couple each with an account and store, or something similar.

But is it allowed for both accounts to have a store? On the owl site, each family
member can have their own account, but you're only allowed one store per
household.

If they make a really, really good case to admin on why they need it. Additional
terms and conditions will probably apply to avoid fraud, feedback manipulation
etc.

It seems like the practice is limiting to both stores.
