| Will someone please explain the reasoning behind why has
attached but not and all of which are added
in step 2 in the instructions? (page 9, book 1)
Since in the same instructions (page 7, book 1) has all of its step
3 parts, including and included?
Is this just an oversight or is there a reason for this?
Thank you!

There's a stud on but not in . I believe pieces
have to be physically connected to be included, correct?
