I just parted out this set. I believe the color of the extra radio and hose were wrong, so I have corrected them to match the contents of my set. Please add a note to the set that the rubber band came wrapped around the winch (and in some sets it may be 2 or 3 rubber bands, I bet it's the same for all sets it comes in, I saw this earlier in set 9305).
