Hello guys, I've been trying to remove 2 parts from an order since the part
out system messed up and I only have 4 parts instead of 6 from someone's
order. When I try to go in the Order Item Removal Request and enter the order
ID, it keep saying: Order does not have valid order status for order item removal.
The buyer made the order and already paid. I just want to refund him the amount
of the 2 parts missing from the order and for that I need to fill the Order Item
Removal Request. Can someone explain me why the website keep's telling me:
Order does not have valid order status for order item removal? Thank you in advance

For paid orders, you cannot remove items anymore. Simply use the refund option
within the order page for that order by calculating what is owed and then send
the refund via PayPal/e-transfer (I believe you need the PayPal Business account
for it to automatically refund through BL to PP but don't quote me on that).
